Parameters for building an upstream provider’s /authorize-equivalent
redirect URL. AuthorizeUrlRequest was originally Google-specific
(google::AuthorizeUrlRequest); it moved here unchanged when the
OAuthProvider trait was introduced, since every provider needs the same
shape.
