Fields

in_sync: bool

True only when every section has zero added/removed/changed methods. A version-string mismatch with an otherwise identical method surface does NOT by itself count as drift here - build.rs’s staleness warning already covers that case; this report’s job is to make method surface changes impossible to miss.
